This was team project with a total of six teammates including myself for a Design research class in MFA Design for Social Innovation, School of Visual Arts. The challenge was to practice different kinds of design research tools in a real world context. My team conducted design research with street performers in NYC who are seeking greater social and economic stability. We used different visual analysis techniques to thoroughly understand and communicate their struggles, needs and assets.
I conducted research and interviewed metro and street artists as well as end users, led some group discussions as well as analyzed data and developed insights.
